Quotes and pricing

Prices and examples shown on this website are for guidance. Any quote we provide is based on the information available at the time and may be subject to a survey of your property. Once we confirm a fixed price in writing, that price will not change unless the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues are found and agreed with you.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. We serve homes and businesses across North Yorkshire and County Durham.

Bookings and work

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers, and oil work by OFTEC OIL registered engineers, to current standards. To carry out work, we will need safe and reasonable access to your property and the relevant areas. You are responsible for ensuring access is available on the agreed date.

Payment

Payment terms will be set out in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. Where finance is used, it is provided by a third-party finance partner and is subject to status and credit checks.

Warranties and guarantees

New boilers are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty, which we register on your behalf where applicable. Our installation work is guaranteed as stated in your paperwork. Manufacturer warranties usually require the appliance to be serviced annually by a qualified engineer to remain valid — it is your responsibility to arrange this.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please give us as much notice as possible. Where you have a legal right to cancel a contract, we will tell you how at the time of booking.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the price of the work carried out.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Zebra Plumbing and Heating Limited and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our permission.
